What size do I need?
Most shoes are Euro sized, but you may email us to ask if you need help with that. If you google a size conversion chart, that is very helpful.

Can I get a refund?
Sorry, but due to the nature of shoes and custom dresses..( a lot of women buy for 1 occasion only, etc), we do not allow refunds. Unfortunately, we have experienced a lot of abuse with a previous return policy, finding that some customers wear only for their wedding day, prom , etc, and then return the shoes for a refund. Thanks for understanding, before you purchase from us!

Do crystals on the shoes stay on?
Due to the nature of some of the crystal and glitter shoes, it is normal to have some of the crystals come off occasionally. Even Christian Louboutin 's $3500 crystals shoes can have some crystals pop off sometimes! Additional crystals are included in your order, and you can easily reattach them .

Where are the shoes coming from?
We usually dropship our shoes from overseas, but also from US .

What is my US size in Euro?
Please consult a size conversion chart. Our shoes come in whole Euro sizes, which means that some are equal to whole US sizes, and others are equal to half US sizes.
